Merovingia Francia, National Series, AV Tremissis, Theodolinus, SC[… ]VNIVS, retrograde S, diademed and cuirassed bust right, rev. TEODO+LINO MO, Byzantine style cross on step at centre, crude letter either side, A-N at either side, beaded circle surrounding with pellet bottom, initial mark cross at top, 1.17g, 0° (Mader (1810), pp. 18, and pl. II, no. 40 this coin; SCBI 69 -; Belfort 4018), unique.

Arent Pol (personal communication to TA) has tentatively suggested the mint of Duno (Dun-le-Poëllier) for the present coin, although it has remained unique and consequently mysterious ever since first publication by Professor Joseph Mader in: 'Kritische Beyträge zur Münzkunde des Mittelalters, III (1810).
