The pellets on the obverse inner circle are coarser than the pellets on the reverse inner circle; the two dies probably made by two different die-cutters.  The reverse inner circle has an unusually high pellet count of over 20 very fine pellets per quadrant, one of the highest pellet counts seen anywhere in the voided long cross series.
