Edward III (1327-1377), Treaty period, Half-Noble, London, mm. cross potent on rev. only, annulet before EDWARD, curule x in rex, 3.76g/1h (SCBI Schneider 88-9; N 1239; S 1507). When found the coin was folded in half, and subsequently straightened by the finder.
Obverse description: King crowned and wearing armour, standing in ship, facing. Sword in right hand, quartered shield in left.
