REX., rev., Crowned Oval shield with lion skin garniture CHRISTO.AVSPICE. REGNO., mm Lion (Bull 558; Besly 2-C; Brooker -; Hawkins 7; N.2315; S.2869).  Weight 15.20 grams.  This a very rare die variety, with as few as 6 listed examples by Bull.
