All three sub-classes (2a, 2b1 and 2b2) were minted at London, Canterbury and Bury. Additionally 2b1 pennies were minted in Lincoln, Northampton and Winchester, and 2b2 pennies in Exeter, Gloucester, Norwich, Oxford and York.
