The British Numismatic Society provides Grants and Bursaries in support of individuals, projects and institutions to develop the knowledge of and interest in British coinage.
- Grants of up to £500: apply at any time
- Grants of £501-£1000: deadlines 31 March and 1 September
- Grants over £1000 and up to £5000: deadline 31 March
The Society also provides at least two bursaries a year for students currently registered at a UK higher education institution to undertake a museum placement.
