Refund policy

The Society refunds payments made in error. In the event of a mistaken payment, please contact the Society at the address below as soon as possible, or contact the directly by email.
Publications in good condition may be returned (at the purchaser's expense) within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund of the price of the publication. The Society does not offer refunds on the administration and postage charges.
Payments for events will be refunded in full up to one calendar month before the event. Thereafter, no refund is offered. To obtain a refund of a payment for an event, please contact the Society at the address below, or contact the directly by email. Please note that the Society's should also be informed of your cancellation.
