BERKSHIRE  (Map)

 

There was a small tribe living in Berkshire and south Oxfordshire who issued coins in 55-40 BC period.  They were probably absorbed by the Catuvellauni.   The Berkshire group was first suggested by Philip de Jersey.   [ABC coin numbers: 998-1016]
