Anglo-Saxon England, Secondary Series (710-760), Sceat, Series QIF, type 71, facing standing female figure with long hair curled up at ends, holding angled long cross pommée either side, pellets in field, rev. Sea bird or eagle, left, with three tail feathers, rounded feet splayed, wing curled above back, pellets in field, 0.78g, 180° (SL 63-80 plate coin; Abramson, 2012b, Fig 22c; SCBI 69, 621 this coin; T&S pp. 488-95, 382-5; Gannon 28-9, 39, 53, 65, 87, 101, no. 159, 148- 50, 175, 191-2, and Figs. 2.7b, 2.44; North 115; Spink 808B).  Very rare.
