William the Lion, early issue cross and lis penny, 1165-74 AD.  Moneyer Folpold,  at the Roxburgh mint.  Obv: crowned bust facing right with sceptre and +WILELMMUS REX legend (spelling error). Rev: cross pattee with fleurs in angles. Legend: FOL:POLD:ONROC. Reverse die possibly the same as Burns 25B. 1.36 gm. Exceedingly rare. Foundat Dalmahoy, near Edinburgh, 2015. EMC 2015.0413. S.5021.
